Lazy Lake Retreat is located on the south end of Toledo Bend in a quiet cove (Texas side-Fairmont area). Come relax and unwind on the lake! Enjoy beautiful days sitting on the back porch. A great get-away for a multi-family, couples escape, or fishing friends weekend. A brand new AC unit and new ducts; including an Infinity purifier system which kills 99% of airborne pathogens was installed in 2022. The house is almost 2000 square feet with 3 large bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessities including standard kitchen spices and seasonings and all the pots and pans and utensils needed. Linens furnished (towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets). If fishing isn't your escape there is plenty to do as there are a multitude of games, books and legos to keep you busy. The yard is spacious and allows for plenty of parking for all your boats and vehicles. Basic amenities will be supplied to get you started (1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag). Please bring any extra items needed during your stay. Washer and dryer on site.

There is a small grocery store, hardware store, bait shop, package store, and lunch options all within 1 mile of the home.

Multiple boat launches within 3 miles; 6-mile Public Boat launch less than 10 min drive.
